i was wondering myself what Kind of char or build could be very strong and good based on the weapon

I have one atm but from two season Ago so not with the 45% of dex based adden dmg

Idk if this is still doing good dmg cause altwr that buff new Azure might be much stronger than old one

unless the on melee proc itself gonna carry the build its going to suck dick, because whirlwind-like attacks in diablo 2 can only target one enemy at time. I tried

build on a paladin while back and remember it sucking even with 60k+ whirlwind damage

well yeah.. i tested it on ww barb yesterday and somehow wasnt that great...anyway ill safe mine cause its an old one before rework from Crystal swords from Season 20 or 19 i think Maybe one time i can build something around if if they buff something else, someone told me wolf druid with it but i think he meant the new azurewrath with 45% of dex as Cold dmg

And what is this remorseless winter oskill ?

that i also aksed myself cause the fact that i have an old azurewrath and just the new one has it as oskill the old one just as a sick message or so lol

+ that carnage Paladin Shield.
He used tons of UMOs to make it a great bosskiller with like 60-70k HP (around 20k vit iirc). It is actually possible to build something like that on realm but higly unlikely and super expensive.

Regarding Remorseless Winter: I guess we have to wait till the next drop and some testing to figure out what it does.
