Life on attack question

Does +life on attack apply to spell casting or only melee attacks?

I realize that alot of you just know this, and that this will come across as a dumb question... but I need to know
as I plan my next build.

Life on attack only applies to melee attacks.

let me just ask you this last question, since I can tell you are mastered. What is "liche form" skill?

liche form is a buff . in the recent years , while casted on your character , it will be forcing your character to move very slow while casting punishers all arround the place at a rapid rate for just a few seconds (5 sec duration and 30 sec timer if i remember correctly) . in previous patches before Sigma there was no speed penalty with the liche form on , and about 10 years ago you were also invulnerable while under it's effect (necro's BRC skill ) and the timer was almost pointless , as the duration was long , there were also potions for cooldown removal (adrenaline pots) which allowed you to play in God mode with it (-:

You need "Celerity on kill" to ditch the slow move speed of Liche form.
You always get max run/walk speed with Celerity on.
Get a full gear with "+buff duration" and a "celerity on kill".

Have fun flying around in God mode! I enjoyed doing this in area with no poison immunes, like TA for example (well, just ignore the snakes -).

where do i get "celerity on kill" or + buff duration?
