Does this item exist on either ladder or NL? I'm well aware that the rarity is insane, mainly due to the fact that it can only drop in lvl 130 areas of which there aren't many. Just curious xD I farm Fautz pretty much exclusively in the hope of one day finding it.

That’s believable for sure. But NL has a LOT of hoarded gear. I know I do. Plenty of people don’t even play their NL chars and just let rare items sit on mules.
