help with endgame

I've noticed a huge lacking in bosses once I hit hell difficulty lvl 105 - barely putting a dent in the butcher uber quest.

I'm using snake stance throw barb with runemaster, TU flying knife for maelstrom oskill and koth's lesson offhand for bloodlust.

most mobs are easy peasy so far, but bosses like andarial, butcher etc take FOREVER. like 20 minutes to wear down their health.

what am i doing wrong? is there some key factor to killing these bosses faster?

I'm not familiar with the build, but that could be the factor. Some builds aren't boss killers (because of weak single target skills), especially when they are starters/untwinked.

Use a dedicated single target skill for bosses.
Snake stance wont dent bosses as its meant for mobs (it does slow tho)

Use snake bite for bosses, and make sure to max it.
