Paladin Dragonheart Holy Skill, Something Wrong...?

Hello everyone,
I'm Paladin with 66,333 Defense (106 lv), use Dragonheart skill level 43 which buff:
- Bonus Defense: 900%
But after buffing, the Defense only reaches 260,000 maximum (around 500%).
I don't understand this, did I get wrong at something ? Please help me and I'm really appreciate your support...
I'm not new to Median XL (Know it 15 years ago) but very busy not having much time to carefully learn documents...Just still miss the old days and want to see my characters at spare time...But as I tried to improve items & levels, charms, I keep dying and the maximum level is only 120, rather than entertaining, really tired sometimes.
This is not complaining just want to say something cause I really love this game. Thanks for your listening.

Do you have any other TCD modifiers in skills/items? 900% from dragonheart isn't multiplicative with other TCD modifiers, its additive.

In the 66k def, u already have % bonus
It's not ur base def.
