You cant rly cheese it a lot. Best help is to use a better charm spell. Amazon ix bow dominate oskill has like 20s duration for example and many other classes at least get charm oskill. Thats pretty much it. The rest is practice by repetition rly

90 is and never was nowhere near enough. used to be 500 to tank primus bolts, now it's untankable. best strat is to keep arihan at corner of your screen to avoid being teleported by primus' spell and use a charm spell with predictable timer.
