Help pala build

Hi guys, im coming for a specific build that saw from a streamer (forgot the sorry) that plays a paladín with I think is cherubim (the animation is like a plague avatar but attacks like wyrmshot), want to know how to run it, i think need to level Any build to a high one until can craft because as I know that skill only shows on pala shield (i don't know), Any tip and advice?
