Honestly it's a nice time saver to not need to reveal the map for nihlathak runs during levelling/sig farming. The delay from revealing the map can easily add up, so it saves like 3-4s a run in my practice.

To expend on Marco's point about in game string, many of them hold a comedic meaning, or expressing the modder's frustration, such as 'IMAMOTHERFUCKINGMONSTAR' ; 'DescStringMyAss2' ; 'WhyRemoveToggleTho' , the infamous 'DescNerfedYaBitch' , and the classic 'SkillnamePedobear'

Abyssal Knights (necromancer minions) do not benefit from elemental pierce on your gear in any way, even though they deal elemental damage.
They DO benefit from Jinni aura (which has inherent resistance pierce). '
So if you're gearing your summ necro, simply stack more minion damage, don't bother with spell pierce. Unless you can get an oskill that lowers it by significant fraction (such as screaming eagle)

If you put Tainted blood relic into UHM pal then both grim presence and TB buffs become inactivatable.

When you grab a poison shrine (the clickable object, not crafting shrine) what it does is set the poison length of incoming attacks to 0, therefore making you immune. And the fire shrine does the same for the burn damage type (purify etc).
