Assassin Help Please

Came back to median for 1.7 and Assassins a little different, I know melee sins under average but I just play to see what I can get through regardless of build power. Just got afew questions for the skill changes

1. is the -150% Enhanced weapon damage from Anathema counterable by just getting extra Enhanced weapon damage? or does it apply after your damage is calculated?
2. Does the recently reworked Doom, apply on all hits for Crucify / Noctule
3. Noctule used to have a counter on how many bats spawned, is there just a flat number now?
4. what actually applies to the noctule bats or crucify spikes, Mainly interested in Critical strike, %leech and crushing blow, (does ctc skill work?)

Any opinion on which skill is better, I really like Crucify but Noctule was always better

4. Dunno how long you've been gone but remember crushing blows doesnt apply on bosses, and as for leech% and critical strike its only for physical damage, like ewd
