Khalim's heart is not founnd in sewer lvl2

I'm in single mode of sigma 1.6 version playing soccery.
When I go to sewer lvl2, some strong sewer rats and goliathes are spread and one chest exists.
But heart is not in the chest. So I cannot proceed further to Mephi.
I tried tcp/ip game to change the map but yhe result is same.
Anyone got a similar experience? Please advice

That sounds like a super old version of Median. Can you show us a screenshot of how the place looks like?

The heart is most certainly in that chest. Are you sure you didn't pick it up already? Are you sure the quest isn't already complete?

Sewer2 is somewhat different from original as attached. Others are very similar to original.

Yeah... That is not median sigma 1.6. You're playing on a very old median version.

You might be playing an old version. Back then, the quest about collecting the three pieces for the flail was removed, as the complete flail used to drop directly from the high council.

The heart is not shown in my inven and the frail I got from killing council is not working to enter. It tells impossible when hit.

The version is a little confusing.. At the very beginning menu, it is shown as sigma 1.6I.

From what I know sigma doesnt have any letters in the versions. Can you send a screenshot on your menu?
