They drop in SP and offline too, but no goblins. You can find some scrolls in certains areas in Hell!

Haven’t seen Amulet and Helm scrolls in SP. Also fully cleared Kingdom of Shadow 5-6 times but no scroll. The only killable mobs are the big guys and punisher-spamming fellas but their numbers are too low to get it drop in a few runs. Gotta persist if you really need it.

Amulet and helmet are goblin only enchants.
As far as Ureh goes, literally every killable enemy drops them. I think turrets as well as the boss. There are plenty big beefy dudes and turrets scattered around the map.
