LORD ALDRIC JITAN never give a trinket even though I killed him 30 times.

It says 1/6 change to get the Moon of the Spider. but It really makes me exhausted with nothing.
I really hope the trinket drops 100% chance but more item's variation for the next patch.

Well just because it says 1/6 chance doesn't mean you'll get it in 6 tries. I know it took me much more than that. It has the same chance for every try. In the end it all depends on luck. So just keep trying.

Lol I have awful luck with Rathma Square too. A few ladders ago I got the trophy twice before I got the charm. I'm being completely serious too lol.

Yup I also am at 30+ runs still nothing. Thought I might have bugged the drops or something because I accidentally closed Nithlak portal. Kind of curious if the situation is the same for OP.

Didn't have much trouble with K3K, but Jitan took a while; Rathma Square can get fisted by an Assassin with a Cestus. If you are on Multiplayer, you could try trading for it; I'm sure someone would be willing to part with one.
