Any Gotterdammerung build advice?

Hi Guys,

I just had a Gotterdammerung drop. This looks at first glance like a supremely awesome weapon. Does anyone have any ideas or advice around cool builds that can leverage this monstruos axe?

Either druid or barb. Creepy crafts and + strenght max charms. For druid you have to take into account IAS limits for treewarden morph ( only counts at weapons). But treewarden has %str buff, so its easier to build.

Gah! I deeply dislike this bear morph, its ..aesthetically ... I mean, bear at backlegs and slapping, c'mon...

It’s mainly for the werebear, I did some end content with that. The STR requirement is high obviously, you need to get good rolls from charms and make a str wormhole. You can also use -req jewels and equip it after morphing into bear. This was my setup:

There was an old Werebear guide, should be still applicable, bear didn’t receive many changes.

I'd try building a deathgaze barb. Take my advice with healthy dose of scepticism, I'm by no means a pro and I merely theorycraft on the run.

Boots - what Victor said, same with other item slots.

Crafted body armors and barb helms can roll additional 25% to str each, on top of creepy shrine bonuses (up to 12% and 8% respectively, plus some flat str).

Use ko runes instead of diamonds. I don't know whether barb class charm merely enhances Runemaster skill, or adds its own layer of protection based on runes equipped, but you lose nothing with ko runes.

Holy melee paladin is also a good option.

Another good option is - its not expensive any more ( 50 tg at the market, ppl buy UMO-s for more) :
