Graveyard style build help

But that build is absurdly expensive. Is there anything similar to this that can clear high level stuff but NOT so expensive ?

Welcome in Median. OFC there are strong builds ..but they are either expensive or time consuming. So exactly how diablo should be...
U wont be able to do end game runs with mid lvl build

True dat...but I play a lot before and found 1 relic for like 7-8 months of playing
