your damage is likely just your harbinger/claw attacks but ice lance procs so it looks like it might be doing damage
It actualy do much more damage than twisted claw, and I see that on HP bars of a bosses. I would already realize that it do nothing if there would be no impact of it. Lol, that thing "Oh, it flies through the screen, wow it's ice, my screen is full of ice! So cool!" sounds so stupid that I can't carry with this stupid shit seriously.
