hi im new to median xl, why mana leech no working for my lightning sorc? What are the best alternative?

Hi!

"leech" only works with physical attacks. Best thing for you would be stacking more mana (energy)
Or place sapphires in your weapon to get "mana after each kill"

There are also mystic orbs that allow you to regenerate your mana faster.

Have fun!

Or just use Mana Sweep.
