Question about Oskills

I cant be the only one (thats why i wrote this here and not short question)
Who are confused about something.

So! I found 2 X Saggitarius (assassin weapon with paladin oskills)

Can i use both and get ALL the texts? i read something about this a whie back that some of these wont give me some stats.
Im a bit confused and dont want to make an assassin just to be sad over not getting the stats.

Also, is it a good idea to use 2 x saggi? and go full phys, i think with assassins new skills might be good for bossing and getting the boss henchmans manageable. Gvie me pointers on this please !

O skills only stack with themselves and + All Skills. If you have 2

, say both of them +50 each to vessel, you would have level 100 vessel. Now keep in mind the orange text does not stack.

Now is it a good build idea? I cant say since I've never tried it, but being it's a SSU, I'm sure it's been tested thoroughly and balanced to be viable under certain conditions
