Ele barb questions

I just want to switch to this build from war cry (no luck to find a hat, and bosses 120+ are not killed).
132 lvl. What can I possibly wear if from the legendary set I have only 2 things - body armor and gloves? I don’t know if I’ll find a hat and belt at all.

Same here. I have a 120 WW barb and I would like to respec to try out elemental build and do not have access to end game gear. Any recommendations on starter gear to get rolling? What are the primary attributes I should be focused on? Any advice is appreciated.

Now I have a question that I should probably ask elsewhere: is Hunter's Mark/Primordial Hunt any good? I guess one needs to invest heavily into Hunter's Mark for it to make a difference, and I'm not sure if it's a good idea. Am I wrong? Does it boost damage considerably with multihitting Primordial Strike?

Yes. I don't remember what kind of values you get on hunters mark endgame, but it's in the thousands. Let's just say it's 2k, and you have all 4 damage sources (I think it does magic as well?), Then your adding 4k damage per hit. Primordial.strike probably hits 13 times/sec, so you're looking at 52k added damage per attack.

U dont get that much. @ 25 base lv's u get 399 dmg per element.

Don't use ED or EWD MOs on the dawn crystal sword. Ideally you would use 4x elemental dominion before adding sockets to add a ton of elemental dmg.
If you are using a temp dawn sword, you can look to MO with IAS or IED orbs or even Life on Hit if you do not yet have a Hellfire Plate.

ED/EWD doesn't do anything for the ele weapons since they don't actually have weapon dmg

I´m in the same situation, would like to try it out but dont know where to start... Have any of you guys gotten the hang of it?

For skills just take a look at any of the top barbs this ladder, you would use Bear Stance, max out Conflux / Primordial Strike / Deep Freeze / Mountain King / Ancient Blood. I went with Runemaster at earlier levels to help with defense.
