How rare is eye of wisdom set amulet?

Im trying to farm this amulet (assassin version) in Duncraig for a build (already have the chest), but its just not dropping. I have gotten 30+ wyrd amulets, but not this one

I think it's quite common in Fauztinville, but to get a good roll for your character, it's not easy
Or you can trade for it, by Arcane Crystals if you don't have TG with other players.
