OH CRAP, Game got really difficult overnight???

I was stuck in the Ancients Way, so I have been farming Diablo, etc. trying to build up my character. I went to play the other day, everything is expotientially more difficult. Simple Diablo runs are now almost impossible. What happened?

Diablo and his friends had a day to relax, chill and rest so obviously they are stronger. But dont worry, you can try to beat them at midnight, when they're asleep.

maybe one of your gear pieces is broken?
