Need help with Akarat.
I'm not sure if I'm just not doing enough damage. But the very instant this dude gets to about 30% health he recovers ALL HEALTH INSTANTLY! This is honestly just impossible because I'm playing a poison whirlwind barb! I'll surround him with like 30 of his minions but no matter how many I kill it's not enough because of how fast his health regens! It's basically an instant regen!

Well, I'm doing around 21k-35k damage with whirlwind. So how much damage do I need to do? It's almost like I just have to one shot nuke the dude before his health regens.
