Wat. I think you don't need that such high fhr to reach that 3 frames if you use Rapture. Expample here is mine speed:

I know, the 174 is what you need in total.. so you add the skill and item and subtract like you said you need 3-4 jewels only.. The 174 is the value needed to reach that if you had 0 in total. Same goes for IAS only 4 jewels needed on top of rapture and the mid game gear. Thats why i recommended to use the programs yourself to see exactly what you need if you re gonna use other items for example.

Aside from Cinadides set, what are some end-game gear recommendations? I noticed a lot of people are going for

Weapon: GG Hand of God Craft with as much dmg as possible and spike nova proc on death, balefire or some good on striking proc
Body armour: Scales of the Serpent, Strength Beyond Strength or ElXis Body armour.
Helm: Krys Runeword or the SSU Hundsgugel
Gloves: Krys Gloves for slow
Belt: Auhe Belt
Boots: Qor Boots or Creepy Crafts
Jewelry: Beads of the Snake King or really GG +4 and good proc amy
RIngs:2x Seal of the Neph King

I've not tested these items, only the set, but they look like possible upgrades. Hope it helped

I could also see Craton RW (ChamXis) as a nice alternative for boots. Nice Procc, CB, lots of flat stats which benefit greatly from our % to attributes

You could definitely try it out. Im worried about that - flat DR instead of + when you use xis rune tho. Still would be better for damage and survivability because of the proc.
