This is a Stormcaller guide to be precise. There are other Stormzon variants this guide doesn't cover. At the very least there's one that uses Thundercrack as her main skill, and another that uses Magnetic Field (with very specific items). You could also probably get away with using Hammer of Zerae as a main skill, but that's probably better solely as a single-target backup for other builds.

Is the Durga Runeword (Lai in your sceptre) for SP users or Realm locked? also is there a place i can check out realm only runewords? they have a list of runewords in the offline docs but none of them state whether or not its Realm locked

All the runewords in the docs are available in sp. For realm-only you just gotta poke around til you find them.
