Yeah I am not running for sure. That's was first thing I learned when started playing median.
I know 200K def is low, but pala set items don't have very high defense and for now I am using

I guess I will use him to farm Uber bosses and not areas like TA or Duncraig. There are better characters for these areas :)

If you are not using full set - better put those pieces in storage and use runewords instead. Kra in armor, Pul in gloves, shrine craft circlet for +3 skills and stats. Also MO rings/amulet with defense. Also if things still remain bad - you can try using hoplite summons - 1pt in them + paladin buff - makes them tanky enough to absorb damage while you kill stuff.

Most of your armour should come from a good sacred based crafted Kra runeword with at least 45% ed before putting anything in it. Also, you should look for the base items def roll values in the documentation as to get the most def possible. The set isn't as good as it used to be, in order to have good survivability using it you should have at least half the charms. Also,do the same thing for an On belt, a good one should have around 5-6k def.

Well as its written in guide, class sets are considered mid tier equipment. I should not be surprised, I got my ass kicked so easily :D

Got about 75% of charms, he really hit like truck, so I run in, hit boss few times, die and repeat :roll:

Blessed Life BRC skill should give you all the %DR you need. Jitans is not such a good choice for you. Low defense, tri-ele damage that doesn't match your character (psn/physical/magic). For the tri-ele to do damage, you'd need to get at least -60% pierce to all three elements and that's not easily done, especially for a holy melee setup which should primarily focus on getting higher physical damage and maybe some more poison pierce for farming with retaliate and plague.

In order to cap out your %DR is you max it with all the +max skills charms. You should get 38, the rest comes from TA trophy 5%, your class charms 5% and 2 from oil of luck on 2 of your crafts.

As for the gear, what i used in 1.2 to clear everything goes like this:
-Creepy Hundgsgugel with as much flat str % str def pala skills and spellbind proc is best case scenario(i've never gotten one with all those stats and the proc, so i ignored the proc even tho its really really good for single target)
-Creepy Sacred Gauntlets with str %str def and burning veil proc
-Krys gloves for slow on bosses, use them only for single target(if you have the triune charm make sure you put it in your cube, otherwise the 10% slow will take precedent over the 75% melee slow)
- On rw belt
- Nih rw boots(once you get 121 you can try ith xis boots if you feel like you need more life)
- ElXis rw for body armour( use Kra rw till you get to 121 or if you need more def)
- as for the weapon if used Nas for midgame, tried Hammer of Jholm for a while, was pretty decent. But your endgame looks like this: a weird shrine crafted Hand of God with 200 ish ED +300 ish flat damage pala and a good proc( shower of rocks, balefire, spike nova is the best one) also pala skills if you get it. If you get the max dmg rolls, you MO DS and more max dmg, this will be your single target weapon.(if you get spike nova its gonna be your everything weapon). I also tried SSSU Hand of God and SSSU Great Maul. Both are very solid options. If you have all 3 you can switch between them when needed. SSSU Great Maul has really good dmg but its not a HoG so your str scalling will be nerfed on it. It has pala skills 400 ish life 2 life on striking and wild and free which caps you FHR. Use that if you want to be tankier. SSSU HoG has less dmg but it has thunder hammer on striking Ignore targets def and thundergod. Use that for either aoe clearing if you dont have spike nova HoG or if you have other good SU's and want to go for a proc build. It also has -35 fire so its pretty good if you re using Wyrms to get more single target dmg. Also really good with SBS and other fire on striking procs SU's. You can also just use it to get thundergod and thats it.
- Nephalem Seal Rings or +1 skills unseelie curse flat Def flat DR and -poison length reduction rings.
- +3 or +4 amy with good stats(life, str flat dr, a good proc, lightning arena). You also want a similar amulet but with banish as your proc. Banish is GG for boss fights.
- also special mention, get a shamanka on switch for gg bloodlust.

PS. Cinadide set is still good for midgame, not so much for endgame anymore sadly. Definetly still better than a lot of sets.
