Huh?

Hammers do proc, cause they use WDM. All on striking, on kill, on death blow procs will proc.
And we max FCR, so I'm really confused about your questions... ;)

because you still use thundercrack sometimes, especially early leveling, its better than hammer. better/faster aoe without much thought.

we do cap fcr and ias and fbr and fhr towards endgame when its more important and achievable.

even so, only the helmet and scepter are on attack procs. the shield, belt, and boots are all on kill.

Assume no budget possible on gear (outside of maybe atomos jewels in every slot or something like that)

I have some issues with faster hit recovery. When I'm completely naked (without charms) D2Stats shows 65% fhr, even though wild and free should already give me 85%... with charms I'm at 117% fhr. Is faster hit recovery affected by attributes? And why is the completely naked fhr less than what wild and free should give?
