Yeah I did read the patch notes, I just promptly forgot about the damage rework immediately after reading it. Anyway, it looks like they removed the -maxres mystic orbs, which seems to change things quite significantly. Any advice?

Ye i was thinking about just switching from - res to + damage - but then +damage is propably not worth it or not nearly as powerfull as -minus res- was

Instead of MOing with -res would %Spell Damage be the best?

thats what i did in my quiver +10 to all elemental dmg

+Spell dmg don't work on weapon skills.

leveling seems to be alot harder have the lvl 6 flower bow but damage is really lacking

Then i seriously dont know what to put there. I guess u cant get any dmg boost from gear anymore but the weapon MO
Edit: well u can boost minion dmg but thats not every build

Heres what someone suggested me on the realm and its been working better than pul gloves, jitans and honorific boots.
TU chain gloves, TU Chain mail, TU heavy belt, TU chain boots, TU stag bow, Jah RW amazon helm.
MO wep with mana leech, life leech, crushing blow and armor with FHR, reanimates, stats. Socket gear with resist gems if you're lacking otherwise amethysts or rubies.
