Ok, I'll admit, I've been kinda pessimistic the last few patches (plus, that dismissive and condescending "Sorc is fine" thing really pisses me off).

Melee Sorc isn't the worst build out there, and its rep as a trash build is grossly inaccurate. (I mean, you can still do everything except Deimoss with it--so far, anyway.) If the goal is to balance builds against the content and not other builds (which I think it should be), then Melee Sorc comes pretty close. It just has some fundamental flaws that really need to be addressed (e.g. skill mechanics making it dogshit vs. mobs).

Well first of all, thanks for your time responding me.
About the labs its kind of discouraging hearing melee sorc can't really make it to the end, even when its with min/maxed endgame gear, but anyway could be worse.
About the armory stuff:
How much would be the comfortable dex to have ? 6-7k (my current dex is about 4.3)
Signets are maxed out.

In combat with buffs my life reach almost 12k.

Melee sorc is one of only two build on hardcore to reach 150. https://tsw.vn.cz/char/moonstrike . Its pretty min/maxed and he was soloing tier 10 labs and his only death was to Deimoss at the end of last ladder. So it definitely can make it to the end. Iirc there were 0 umo's on the build.

Good to know. Last I'd heard, T8 was the highest anyone had gone.

Sorry for late reply. Things are busy irl atm.

I think I misread your NotArmory page (I haven't looked at NotArmory in a long time. I'm not used to the layout). Based on your page though, it looks like you're making progress. About the only thing I can suggest atm that's easy is getting that Dunc Trophy for a Combat Speeds boost.

As a newbie here (played melee sorc when Sigma got released) i came back to play melee sorc,

It's actually alot easier then it was then (for me that is) and ive gotten alot further in a shorter time then before, not sure about end - end game though.

End game is decent, atleast for phys (can't speak to cold/magic variants). High damage and defense, fairly easy max block, good life sustain, etc.

Bladestorm and fusillade have both been improved significantly.
