Otherwise, Khany > Steel Punisher on raw damage, but not by much.

Had anyone scored a samael or deimboss kill with melee sorc? I’m wondering how viable t8+ labs are too

Otherwise, Khany > Steel Punisher on raw damage, but not by much.

Would you consider this a good craft? Or should I aim for similar stats with +sk?

198%/+203 is a pretty decent craft, yeah. That's the 2 best damage affixes with high enough rolls that it's comparable to the other options, and Miasma is quite nice too.

Without the min damage roll you're not going to be better than the alternatives, but that's definitely usable.
