It all depends on what other gear you're using.
In a straight side-by-side comparison and not factoring in other gear, Khany performs better b/c of the flat Lightning damage. But when factoring in the other gear pieces in the alt Mid-Game gearset, the Sacred Honorific weapon performs better b/c its mods work in conjunction with the mods on the Sacred Honorific armor pieces.
Khany's higher LCS numbers look good, but that flat Lightning damage doesn't leech, isn't carried by DS, and isn't boosted by any of your damage buffs. The flat Phys damage on the other gear in the gearset does and is.
B/c Teganze is a huge pain now (it was easier back when Spirits pierced 1000% res, for whatever reason).
Also, you're mixing 3 different gearsets: Physical (body armor, gloves, belt, rings), Elemental (weapon, helm, amulet), and Set (boots, shield). Choose 1 setup and stick with it until you have all pieces for the next setup.
Boosting res and dodging are the most important things in Teganze. I'd recommend a Max Res of at least 84%, but higher is better (use

if needed). Boost res for your merc, too. He'll still die if he's not an A5 merc (and even an A5 merc will die occasionally), but it will give you a meat shield.
If you want to use Blade Spirits for Teganze, put at least 5 Base Points into the skill and boost their res as high as you can. You may need to Magical-craft/bless some gloves, or make Magical-blessed Sacred Honorific gloves MO'd with Minion Res+Life.

As far as I can tell, it works like Paladin Vessels (i.e. each missile is instance-based rather than the whole trap). So in your example, only the blades that spawned from the trap while Moonstrike is active will carry the damage buff.

Can't say first-hand how they compare to Dervish specifically b/c I haven't found it in Sigma yet. But I've tried SBS many times with different gear combos in the past, and I've never been impressed with its performance as a Melee Sorc armor.
Rebel (Xis)
outclassed it every time. And Khazra has such ridiculous STR reqs that you'd be losing too much just to wear the damn thing. Better just to put it on a merc.
