There is a stat "Enhanced Weapon Damage" , mystic orbs can give and some items have it. I guess its good for elemental builds than right? Increases weapon damage which contains flat dmgs

What’s a charged strike build? I don’t see it on any items.

Any UMOs you guys using? Eye of Malic for elemental or physical too maybe?

How do you beat belial? Using pretty much everything mid game recommended and specced fire/cold for a ton of health and good defense. I feel tankier with cold than lightning. The comet hurts if I randomly get hit by it. I keep using fire dance and fusillade but I feel like my damage still isn't killing clones fast enough.

ED/EWD are different than WDM. WDM from skills affects all damage that comes from the weapon (excluding procs, unless those procs are also WDM skills). ED/EWD only affect the Phys damage of the weapon (e.g. base damage, min/max damage, etc.).

A craft will only be better if you can hit the 5 fpa IAS BP with it. A lower damage weapon at 5 fpa will kill faster than a higher damage weapon at 6 fpa.

Belial is an End-Game Uber, so you want End-Game gear. And Lightning is gonna be a better tree for this. Defense won't protect against spells, but Avoid will. If you can't dodge the comet, increase Cold res.

May not be the best strat, but this is what I did (did this with a Fire/Lightning spec and the lowest-end gear from the Alt End-Game setup fwiw):
Ignore the clones, dodge all the spells, and just focus on Belial himself. When you find him, rush him and hit him with Fusillade, then go back to dodging spells. Bladestorm him when you have a few seconds to melee.

I ended up killing him on accident..? Wasn't attacking him and the book was just on the ground.. Fire cold did just fine after I swapped for some more leech.

It's funny you say that b/c I did that too my first time. Didn't know which one was the real Belial, so I was just attacking everything. I realized i'd been doing this Uber for 20 minutes (Baneblade timed out during the fight). But it turned out, I killed Belial w/o even realizing it. Not sure how long into the fight he died.
