Umm I would say the following are great:

Vessel Of Justice (+3 VoJ +6-8% PSD)
Vessel Of Retribution (+3 VoR +6-8% PSD)
Rune of Mana (+44 flat ene at 140)
Eagle Stance (Eagle Stance for Regen and ~25 flat vit)
Bear Stance (Bear stance w/ Collector is PogChamp)
Holy Trap (+1 Pally skills)
Hurricane (+10% PSD)
Hive (+2% max res and Hive bonus)
Jitan's Gate (+75% Velocity bonus for a short duration - Increased Duncraig farming speed - Depending on duration could reduce clear below 2 minutes)
Nightmare (Physical resistance reduction - Curse so it won't work in labs, so not great but hey its there)
Pyroclastic Flow (+8% Energy)
Raven Flight (+9% PSD)
Resurrect (+25% MF when near a ressurected mob - situational but okay I guess)
Summon Fallen (+15% MF)
----- Dont feel like listing all the max res ones -----
Summon Glowing Fungus (+2% max light res)
Summon Sinner (+2% max fire res)
Bloodstorm (+2% max fire res)
-----------------------------------------------------------
Tainted Blood (Some additional regen)
Titan's Fortitude (Not sure if this disables spells but a nice defensive buff)

I wouldn't go for Magic Missle, Dream eater, Boneyard or Doom. You won't need to use any single target outside of the new single target. Doom doesn't do anything as it doesn't reduce resistance on non-assassin characters.

Oskills native to classes can only go to +3 max. Hence why you can't use 2x

needs a hard point synergy to activate the magic pierce, otherwise its just small amount of ttad

Ty, so the doom proc on rare amulets and Black Hand Sigil ring has no pierce at all? Then what about the doom relic?

amulet and ring, correct has no pierce withuot a hard point in assassin doom.

the relic, i'm unsure since it's new, but the existing cotw before was the same thing. slvl still needed base point, so it was mostly ineffective.
