Myself I've only gone as far as rift 7 and it was starting to get fairly difficult. Not sure how far you can actually get to be honest. I mainly use this build for farming Duncraig and Fauzt. It's very fast with decent mf in those areas.

    if you don't want to go over 140 level requirement. And since they nerfed the Great Rune bonus a little, the best you can end up with is 88% Physical/Magic spell damage instead of 100% on

Ah, then my math is all wrong. I didn't actually go beyond the first Lodestone on my Collector as I didn't want to chance messing it up. That and I don't have any Sigil of Absolutions to experiment with at the moment.

Here's a question. When you cube with the Sigil of Absolution, does the 25% requirements get applied only to the original base dex requirement of 527 each time you add one, or is it applied to what the current dex requirement is at the time it is added?

There is no reason for it to apply to the current requirements. Everything is with respect to the base one.
