The breakpoints remain unchanged concerning weapon IAS. The 30% IAS passive from feed the pack doesn't add up to the attack speed stacked on the sword. what it technically changes is that you don't need additional IAS on your gear if you're aiming for the 96% breakpoint on a 1h, -10wsm sword to reach 5 fpa, which requires an additional 23% ( 119% tIAS ).

The changes to Xis RW could allow someone to reach the 4 fpa breakpoint though, with a total of...

(5x15) 75 from jewels
40 from sharkxis
(2x6) 12% from 2 IAS MO
for a total of 127%, two percent above the 125%, 4 fpa breakpoint for -10wsm swords. Though it requires lvl 128 for those two additional MO

Depends if you're not FHR capped yet. You need a total of 280% FHR to reach the 2 frame cap for wolf. anything beyond that is wasted.

Thanks for the in-depth reply, exactly what I was looking for.

Check the Theory crafting section of the guide, there's a link to the original file.

There's no skill IAS anymore. Every source of attack speed from skills or passives are considered as if from equipped items.

Do you know what exactly the difference was between skill ias and item ias? I know that skill ias was more powerful but I never knew by how much and why.

skill ias was drastically more effective in obtaining breakpoints. sigma normalized the content to erase the confusion of skill vs item speeds, so everything counts as "item ias" now, even if it comes from a skill like Rapture or Wolf Stance, etc.
