You need the actual application first (download link on first page), then this zip contains a folder 'resources' that replaces/merges with the one in the original folder.

Current version is 0.4.3 - Download this and unzip to your desktop (or anywhere, D2 folder is where I put it)

Then download this and unzip it into the folder from the previous step. When it asks you if you want to replace the files, hit yes.
