The upcoming patch seems to have quite a lot of changes, items-wise. Can you plan out the release of new data ahead of time so it wouldn't take at least a week this time? Like applying for beta to have an early access to files or asking the devs for them, assuming you derive data from existing game installation at least at compile time.

Kambala already gets access to the game files, these things simply aren't finalized until patch day and take time.

Sets have no change except for full set bonus for Warmage (it cannot be reason for crashing MXLOT).
New items are: Paragon charm, pure new relics, new mastercraft bases, staff of herding. In other words - items that had no apearance in older MXL versions in SP at all (also i think even new relics won't be the case \cause this item type actually included in MXLOT and maybe will have some wierd stats in overview thru programm). Currently you can fix it by disable autoload last char and not opening chars which have some of purely new items (remove them from Sigma shared stash also)

Switching characters does not solve the issue, the app process dies immediately.

disable loading last used character (there's reg file for that), does process die immediately as well? If not, send me a failing character together with your shared stash.

Transfer the new orange charm you got from Baal and its rewarded mastercraft items to another character. Then you can open the tool.
Must be another char, not the shared stash.
