I would say you can get a good grasp on the build even if the guide is outdated. You'll need only to make some adjustments as putting more points into Solar Flare and keeping in mind the new itens as SSU Flail. Also looks like Hadriel set will be a good midgame alternative.

You can now add Oskills too. Probably apocolypse for leveling, maybe some Brimstone for mid/late game.
