Ok i'll go for a fascinating war staff (sacred get better affixes or only matter item lvl?)

Str dex factor means that for dmg counts how much str and dex i have beside energy, or it calculates all 3 together or just highest one?

Don't use a War Staff. Use a Marrow Staff. War Staff won't give you as good of bonuses to Necro (not even sure it gives necro skills).

It also uses Str to equip, whereas War Staff would require you to spec into Dexterity to equip it, which is a waste of points.

Pestilence is a skill that gains spell damage based on your Strength and Dexterity, versus something like Funeral Pyre (and most other spells in the game) that benefit from Energy.

I am at lvl 52 and maxed 1st summon, embalming and the 4th of malice tree, all 1pointer setted.

I gor 15 extra skill point to use, guide says to invest in rampagor or void archon, but with this new patch are there other good alternatives? Like invest in funeral pyre or frostclawn and fire totem?

As of right now, I'm at lvl 71 with my extra points going towards ranpagor maxed and leftovers then split between the fire and cold totems.

Totem damage was nerfed, along with the max number of minions per type.

It's currently being updated. Around the black road challenge section now. Everything prior to that part is updated.

Speaking of a +13 nec skills on crafted marrow, isn't that clearly better than a mere +6 lord of thorns? Seems to be better both dmg AND tankiness wise.
