The guide will be seeing an update within the next month or two, ideally. Most of the information is fine as it is in terms of gear and skill/stat specs. It's certainly a good starting build since it doesn't require very much gear investment and can get some charms pretty easily.

You just have to get a feel for the teleport playstyle and you'll have no problem if you can create tanky summons.

It is certainly nerfed dmg-wise (mostly because the lack of -res) but I still steamrolled through hatred and TA with low lvl runewords. I can say that Pestilence got a huge buff and can now be considered as second or third elemental at least in the beginning.

Ever since to the increased casting speed of wand+off-hand, what do you think might come close to a Staff in terms of early/mid/late game?

Some of the endgame gear will be adjusted for the new speeds allowing us to basically get one frame lower than creep staff speed. I'll change it as I get to it.

Also i would ask, is pestilance really worth to use?

Crafted Marrow staff will be better for up to +13 necro skills, minion life, and high spell/pierce to one element (preferably fire).

Pestilence is decent to use if you don't mind casting every 20 seconds. It's more of a melee based skill since it benefits from Str/Dex factor.

Ok i'll go for a fascinating war staff (sacred get better affixes or only matter item lvl?)

Str dex factor means that for dmg counts how much str and dex i have beside energy, or it calculates all 3 together or just highest one?
