are required for success, but they do make things easier. Nero's Fortress proc and damage mods increase your general clear speed, and PoF helps against Phys and Magic immunes. Dementia has some nice damage and defense mods, but it's mostly recommended because Fowl Fight makes some Purify bosses a lot easier, since you don't have to drop Baneblade and use Wyrd to apply OW (Fusillade and Purify lock each other out).

On a note about Nero - don't use PoF near Akarat's adds. It will kill you almost instantly.

Yeah. There's definitely some massive retaliation by Akarat's Followers when they're hit with PoF. Not sure if it's Hammertime spam or something else. With good gear, you can survive it. But even with End-Game gear, it'll still take half your Life. I added a warning about it to the guide.

works too. Been using 1 myself for 80% content of the game with not much problem. Deadfall could be nicer too since Sorc can benefit from all stat of it, plus there's plenty of room for MO

Yeah, but since he's been farming Toaja and Dunc, he's probably already using Truce. It's a fine belt. I kept it until I randomly found Ashaera's, then used that to the end.

I also added
Shark (Xis)
as an optional End-Game weapon. Another player PM'd me about it earlier, and after playing around with it some more, I decided it was worth listing after all.

Is the Xis RW rebel really necessary? it only has a few stats that are viable and it took me a week of teganze farming to make one xis rune

No Xis RW is necessary for this build. You can do everything in the guide as a clvl 120 Sorc wearing either the Set or the Alternative Gear (except in rare cases where you need a specific gear setup, such as Laz). The Ultimate Setup just makes things easier.

And all the mods on
Rebel (Xis)
are useful, except the -VIT/NRG. The EWD and DEX increase your damage, ED and Res improve survivability, and the STR from that armor alone takes care of all your STR needs so you can go full DEX.

Np. And I'm sure you know this already, but if you decide to make it, be sure your base Ceremonial Armor and crafted jewels are as close to perfect as possible. Also, don't forget to use Oils of Luck on your jewels, and don't use any MOs on your armor. Once a Xis Rune is socketed into an item, it can't be removed.
