Hay man!

Love the guide so far. Just reached lvl100 and started crafting.

i've got 2 question.
1, seems nowhere to find Evil Eye on durance :(
2, How do u kill Mr. Rodeo guy? Its like impossible for me getting knocked away all the time. Fusillade is the only option for me so far, but with a few wipes, what is emberassing :'(

Thanks

1) It also spawns in Trav if you want to try your luck there.

2) Post up SE of the NW corner of one of the square wall things. The protruding part will block exploding cows, knockback just knocks you into the wall.

1. You're right, Glowing Blobs spawn in Travincal. I'll correct it.
2. You don't--at least not yet. No reason to kill him in Hatred or Terror. By the time you get around to him in Destruction for the Charm, you should just be able to tank him using the corner wall cheese method.

Has anyone made it to end game builds yet? really interested in others feedback on builds and gear combinations. OP, which end game build do you anticipate to be the strongest?

I'm reluctant to say before any actual testing. In theory, they all should work, but they'll probably need some gear tweaking. If I had to pick from what's listed, though... Ymir or Phoebe.

With Ymir, you get tons of -ECR (116% before Crafts or Charms), two nice Cold-damage procs (one on attack, one on striking), a good amount of +Minion Life (if using Marchosias' Hatred), and Bane. In XVI, you could easily get -100% enemy Physical resists from Bane, which broke Physical immunities on enemies such as Necrobots. IDK what percentage it gives now.

Phoebe was an excellent farming build (at least, as far as Melee Sorcs go). Apocalypse procced constantly and Cataclysm was there to clean up the rest. I got farther in Duncraig with that setup than with any other Melee Sorc build.

Again, this is all still theoretical.

If you're choosing an elemental setup and you+your summons are good defensively, then yeah, you can just focus on -enemy res and +spell damage for your primary element. +Skills won't affect procs, so that's more for boosing yourself/summons.

For rings, I usually switched among
Seal of the Nephalem Kings
Seal of the Nephalem Kings
Ring

Required Level: 100
Item Level: 120
+(1 to 2) to All Skills
(10 to 15)% to Strength
(10 to 15)% to Vitality

(10 to 20)% Gold Find
,
Der Nebelring

+15% to Summoned Minion Damage
+1000 Defense
+400 to Life
Physical Resist (4 to 6)%
+(40 to 50) Life after each Kill
+2 to Light Radius
, a perfect
Empyrean Band
Empyrean Band
Ring

Required Level: 40
Item Level: 40
1% Chance to cast level 18 Singularity on Kill
(3 to 5)% to All Attributes
Maximum Life +3%
Maximum Mana +10%
(5 to 15)% Gold Find
(lots of MO space), or good Rares (the same ones listed for mid-game).
Witchcraft

Ring

Required Level: 100
Item Level: 120
+2 to All Skills
20% Cast Speed
-5% to Enemy Elemental Resistances
Maximum Mana (-5 to 5)%
20% Bonus to Defense
can also be decent for boosting proc damage a bit. Just depends on the situation and current needs.

For ammys, usually just
Klaatu Barada Nikto

30% Enhanced Damage vs. Necrobots
10% Chance to cast level 40 Nova Bomb on Melee Attack

Stun Attack

(20 to 25)% to Strength
(20 to 25)% to Dexterity
+100 Life after each Kill

I currently using
Erawan

Erawan
Body Armors

'LemKoCham'
Runeword Level: 83
15% Combat Speeds
5% Chance of Crushing Blow
+(144 to 171)% Enhanced Defense
(27 to 30)% to Strength
(27 to 30)% to Vitality
Physical Resist (13 to 15)%
(15 to 20)% Bonus to Defense
armor and just found
Hellbourne Disciple
. Do you think that the SSU Light Plate would make a better replacement as it have disintegrate and mind flay proc as well lightning spell damage to enhance stromblast, I must say that the stormblast oskill really helpful when clearing some monster. Also if I'm about to change the armor, then my crafted belt will be changed to
Dyaus Pita
Dyaus Pita
Belts

'ChamUm'
Runeword Level: 83
10% Combat Speeds
(3 to 5)% Mana stolen per Hit
+200% Enhanced Defense
10% to All Attributes
Maximum Life +(3 to 5)%
Maximum Mana +5%
Elemental Resists +10%
(10 to 15)% Gold Find
(10 to 15)% Magic Find
as the %str bonus would be a nice help in achieving the high str requirement of that SSU light plate.

What do you think? Will it work?

TBH, wasn't too impressed with Hellbourne, but didn't really test it extensively. Also, afaik, +LSD won't increase Stormblast damage, since it's basically a WDM attack that simply converts Physical damage to Lightning damage (in the same way +Phys/Magic Spell Damage won't increase Bladestorm's Magic damage output).

The bigger question is: how much DEX will you need to sacrifice to wear such a high STR requirement piece? If you had an Abandoned-craft/Creepy-blessed weapon+DEX shield+DEX helm (maybe not necessary), you could probably make it work without taking too much of a hit to DEX. If you still needed more STR, you'd probably be better off sticking with T6 Deadfall socketed with p-diamonds, or even an Abandoned+Creepy crafted sash, rather than Dyaus.
