It's hard to tell, I believe we need more time with them in order to be sure, but my initial impressions are that no, it isn't going to be better than the default setup damage-wise. But leaning more on Twilight Havoc for single target damage does lead to a safer playstyle and that does have some value. And leaning on Immersion's leech definitely lets you play it safe while bossing.

Do you mean for The Sleep? You have a few choices.

Lord of Lies Trophy -- Gives both flat mana and life, very well rounded choice.
Yshari Sanctum Trophy -- Only the increased mana is of interest to us, but it's quite good.
The Triune Trophy -- 15% all attributes gives a lot, both helps out with gear requirements as well as adding mana.
Archbishop Lazarus Trophy -- This is a defensive choice, but it gives you the rare maximum elemental resistances mod which is very useful.

Thanks I have another question between flat mana and energy which one is better for example 40 energy vs 250 mana

This is actually a very complicated question that depends entirely on your own stats. I have a section in the guide explaining how mana is calculated which I encourage you to read, but to quickly summarise...

Any stats that say "Maximum Mana x%" only work on BASE energy, or the energy that you've actually gotten through stat points. So this means your comparison is dependent on how much Maximum Mana percentages you have in your build. It also depends on how much "x% increased Energy" and "x% increased All Attributes" you have, since those only boost energy, but not mana.

First example, you have 0% increased Maximum Mana but 100% increased Energy
1 Energy gives you 5 mana
100% increased Energy means you really have 80 Energy
So you gain a total of 400 Mana from 40 Energy

So in this example, 40 Energy is better than 250 Mana

Second example, you have 100% increased Maximum Mana but 0% increased Energy
1 Energy gives you 5 mana
So you gain a total of 200 Mana from 40 Energy
Also your 250 Mana actually gives you 500 Mana

In this example, 250 Mana is better than 40 Energy.

I hope this explained how it worked a little bit, even though I couldn't definitely answer your question! Do read the section on Mana which explains this a bit more if you need.
