I am a bit lost with my blood thorns / sanguine unholy melee pally adjudicator within regards RELICS, does anyone could recommend what should I aim for, proc, buffs, or atack and any relics to recommend plz?

how do you upgrade the rainbow cleave to aeterna? or are all those items needed to make the Adjudicator

Sacred uniques like Aeterna and Adjudicator are drop only and there's no combining them.

That adds to your weapon damage, not to the BT spell damage.

It swings so attack speed, IAS. I understand the confusion though, always look at the animation of an attack to determine what you need.
