Whats the Mercenary to go and whats the best gear in TU for him i can farm in halls of pain for him. im lvl 99 atm end of nm
is there a diff about norm nm or hell mercs?

I am using Malthael's in Duncraig at clvl 127, and doing OK - but MF really needs to be higher. Is there a good MF setup for Duncraig for this build?

i used a tanking merc with slow stack (fighter mage i think?). Wasn't dying too much and it slowed down fauzt mobs quite nicely.
A1 merc does a lot of damage but dies too much and these deaths occur at random, the merc gets 1 shot from full health.

Anyone has any tips versus Astrogha? Whenever I get close to him he keeps spawning the pillars, really annoying.

mana on attack is basically the only way of solving mana problems on UHM pally. you could get mana on kill too, but none of the good gear for the build carries much of it and you'd struggle a lot more with bosses even with low AR

I used mana on attack on weapon and some mana regen on amulets and rings. When you get most of the charms you won't need to worry about mana anymore.

I managed to get Xazax down to only 40% so far. I think this fight is mostly about damage. How much should be good (for Bloodthorne. Mine is about 7k sheet dps)? or should I switch to Lemures for better single target damage?
