This guide is looking pretty good. Been thinking of making a barb next ladder for some time now, so i might try this one out.

Once change i would recommend for the guide:

Change the dark blue color text in the stat section. On some types of screens that color is almost impossible to see.

My main PC and phone is just fine with it, but with this laptop for example, it's barely legible.

I wonder if you'll be able to create an early and midgame with this if changes to barb will allow this type of playstyle early on (apart from the su required to get totems. something more like your toraja farming summoner spec, maybe, to allow players to begin with this instead of end-game only)

It depends, this build is not going to work without PoF oskill though. Problem with summon barb (in the current state of the game) that it's just an very weak and unprofitable build to use. With WW/AH, for example, progression is going to be much faster/enjoyable/smoother, especially for newbie players.
And considering my philosophy of the game (you choose class, not the build) and concept of this guide (short, informative, no random text just to make it look larger) I will hardly add that kind of questionable suggestion/guidance. For those, who actually are interested in that toraja farming build you did mention, I would recommend to check out my barbarian playtrough, I did explain it couple of times in there, for sure.

Long story short: no, this is an expensive endgame build, which is stated in introduction section. I'm going to adapt it to MXL:2017 of course, but I'd rather focus on new guides rather than thinking on how to improve this one, especially considering that I'm satisfied with current result.
