Ah, thanx, that explains why I had some trouble with quov tsin, In my mind I had my numbers right, but he still killed me. So I had to add more phys d flat reduction, although I did not understand, why.

It's a bit stronger. The debuff nerf affects Slayer, Symphony and magic oskills if you want to use Mind Flay as a debuff, not Mind Flay itself. Overall this patch doesn't affect Mindflayer/Slayerdin much, not in game-changing ways anyhow.

Wasn't the physical part removed like 2-3 patches ago? Seems weird that they would reintroduce it again. Not saying you're incorrect, just surprised it wasn't mentioned in the patch notes.
