zomg boots because there is plenty of MO space in order to boost all the 3 sources of damage + space for mo'ing with skeleton reanimates at the same time . The skeletons are crucial for the build ; without them the Seer would be just another glass cannon .

is the only other option that comes close due to the double MO effect
Styx because it also provides a heavy boost to %energy , not just +skills and %spell damage . you also may remake the runeword untill you can reach to an almost perfect roll , compaired to the Xis RW that may or may not spawn with a good roll .
+ of course the warp armor which is nice to have around with a build that doesn't pack much defence beside the reanimated meatshield
if suppose you get perfect rolls for each runewords , the Styx will still provide more damage overall , as the 50% more energy is better than 35% more spell damage , when in end game 50% more energy means about 1000 more energy .
without 500 signets eaten , then yes , the Deep water would provide about 2k more damage but with full signets the Styx is better
i really wanted to go for a wand + shield but unfortunately no combo can come close to a 2h staff
