yea, but some of them are gray (not speficifying the exact type just Helms, Belts, Shields...), like Ra, Kali, Pharaoh

Thats runewords. Doesn't matter what base item you use as long as its the ones on said description (aka : Shield or assassin shield/katar etc)
Edit: You can use any HELM RW in ANY helmet. But u cant use CIRCLET RW on non-circlet helmets. etc. etc.

I don't know if maybe I was just lucky, but I just got queen of glass, leoric's shield and spellgrip from about seven boxes. Griswald may be easier for y'all to farm for that early game gear!

how can i make the honorific boots in act v?

They are Tier 2 or 1 though. If you up a tier 6 you need much less arcane crystals.
