i think all items which add maxium necromancer minions got reduce at least half. For example

if minions aren't even the ones doing damage, why are you worried about such a loss in minion count? Even +2 nec minions is more than enough to help tank unless you're using them for CB on some bosses.

They are the ones doing the main single target damage now that frostclaw totem has been nerfed again.
Just comparing: the tree guys from Torajan jungles: takes about 10 seconds to kill. But if you port on them, they are down in 2 -3 seconds. Just with the normal amount of minions without +minion damage.
That‘s a big difference.

And I didn‘t talk about the massive defensive boost you get by having more minions yet.

yeah lamia now slow target drop to 20%, void archon died faster than i thought, now only count on totems (i still use frost totems btw because 3 frost totems still do decent damage ?). Veil King i tried him one on torajan jungle but no way, he died too and become my enemies :(

Yes, this patch nerfed summoner necro very hard. You can still do the early ubers and farm TA easily (even more easily since you don't have to rejoin the game once your merc gets killed), but I'm afraid beyond that point it'll be a lot harder since you can't rely on your minions anymore, since you don't have as many.
I had hoped for a Darkling buff, but instead they were nerfed, so that option is dead too. Very sad patch for summoner necro.

This build is only good for a few early game charms and farming TA with 400+ MF, but other than that, don't even bother. I won't update this build for this patch. It's not worth the struggle.

Pretty sure after the nerfs this build sucks at everything cept farming Teganze/Toraja FeelsBadMan

I'm 121 and in comparison summoner barb seems better except when it comes to parties. My Necro buffs party members damage by 6-15x.

I'm near BIS and I feel pretty weak :(, is there another necro build you can recommend in the meantime?

I have about 5 xis runes and some great runes, I can make whatever.
