is it worth of the all tis hassle ? restitution ad all... ??? Especially for cold sorc ofc, I've heard that frozen orb oskil isn't that impressive.

Actually - this weapn for sorc is a kind of pointless -many cold sklii tree requirements are "needs a scepter or orb" but Wintry qualifies as a STAFF.


yea lmao with the rework of cold sorc it made that staff incompatible with the new skill glacial torrent or frigid nova.

What are you actually looking for in crafted boots?
I don't think you can craft anything that's a lot better than anything else available before spirit walker or vision.
Celerity proc doesn' seem to ever trigger. I went to viz and just stood there for 5 minutes and it didn't trigger once.
Managed to make these halfway decent ones after a couple of rolls, but they don't really seem worth bothering with.
without 40 movement speed everything seems garbage :P.

I'm using those Imperial guard boots, they have great stats. The only downside is the high STR req. I'm hoping to level up some fast so that I can actually get more STR from charms and worry less about investing points that actually should be going into NRG.

Hoping to find enough AC's to start crafting some jewels, maybe I can craft a bunch that also spawn with -requirement stats.

Imperial guard boots really seem to be one of the better stats there. Not sure about clockworks as you really want/need max pierce.

How much IAS do I need to add on the Zann Esu weapon? I couldn't find it in the guide.

Thanks, yeah, I found it after looking again. I was browsing all the written text, to the point where I did a search on the page for 'IAS' and 'speed', but then I found it's in the image.

I'm currently running the midgame build with Zann Esu, Black Dwarf and Witchcraft. The Barb O-skill set boots, and Lone Wolf gloves. I have Ice elemental runes in most of my gear and I am so far away from having enough pierce. I do not see how I could ever get 170 pierce this way.

The only endgame item I have is Armor of the Old Religion. I'm missing some descriptive pointers in the guide that really explain how to reach the pierce breakpoints. I wasn't really able to boss much with this setup, I have been watching the videos and noticed that most of the videos were done with a pretty well specced char, so that was a little misleading. I went ahead and got most of the charms with my other characters to see if that would improve much, but even with 400 sigs, good gear, knowledge of the ubers and all sub lvl 130 charms I think the main reason I keep failing is that I am not able to reach 170 pierce with this setup.

What would be a better bossing setup?

Cold sorc midgame outfit, or poison sorc with midgame gear? Poison sorc felt much stronger despite still missing the Wyrd set belt.

I started a new cold sorc this season and it has become a bit more difficult, altough I can easily do uldy in self found gear.
I switch between sorc oskill set + wheel of fortune for mf and hand of frost/black dwarf/vaetia for bossing, although they don't really differ much in damage and pierce.
I also have armor of old religion, rabbits foot, shiverhood, starclaws/lamha (can't choose yet).
Don't even remember which belt, lilith for mf, but some other belt with phys res on it for bossing :P.
Oh yeah and two random rares with cold stats on it for the rings.
Should be pretty easy to put together a nice farmer/bosser combo, just don't stare yourself blind on the pierce, more is better, but you can get by with less.
I just put all my zann esu stone jewels in stuff and fill the rest with ice runes.

Yeau, dankjewel. I really don't want to do any MFfing with this build though. It's purely for bossing for me, and doing the harder content! :)

Can you do uldy? It should be pretty easy even with medium gear.
Just make sure you have the endgame skillset, 5 extra skill points is a significant amount of damage.
