there's been quite a lot of theorycrafting around this but I haven't seen anyone try it yet. most interesting would be using the set rings+ amulet to convert vit into nrg via Hive.

FYI you can make any tiered unique you want https://docs.median-xl.com/doc/items/cube

and you dont actually need to bother with early game items that much. Focus on the late game items which you cant create

The part from 1-100 is very short, so dont bother uptiering Demoncall/Magister. It's a waste of ACs. For now, use whatever, get through nightmare as fast as possible, then find a Yul rune to make Elverfolk, which is main weapon for a very long time until you craft/farm/buy better weapons.
If you really want something good to use before Yul staff, you can make a T4

Gotcha, thanks! Got through Nightmare last night, farmed Nihlathak for a while (he started dropping fewer and fewer items, not sure if unlucky or intended that way) and then started on Act 1 Hell today. Currently at level 107. Is there any particular place I could / should farm at for Yul? Or do I just try and get through Hell and hope for the best? Same question regarding shrines. Got quite a few, but not the ones specified for the Fire Sorc (Eerie / Fascinating). Currently lacking the strength to use T4

Your best bet is to put high runes in your loot notification and go level as usual by farming uber rifts (islands of the sunless seas at your level) and it will drop eventually. Reminder that you can downgrade higher runes to Yul if you have them. If you're really unlucky, rescue the barbs in a5. You'll get Nih/Lai/On runes to downgrade.

Farm cows for shrines.

Reminder that you can downgrade higher runes to Yul if you have them. If you're really unlucky, rescue the barbs in a5. You'll get Nih/Lai/On runes to downgrade.

Highest I have right now is No, so no luck on that front. Pretty sure I set up loot notification to show any rune so I'll just hope for a drop in that case. Is the Rift farming something I should do as soon as I can? Or do I just finish up with Hell first and then go back to farm? Do Cows still require you to have killed Baal?
